Backyard Fence is a fantastic company. Caitlyn and Melissa run a tight ship that keeps projects moving and clearly provides needed information/details for their customers. For my small project (install fencing on one side of small city lot with gate), I found their pricing to be competitive. I opted for Backyard Fence over DIY options with purchased materials from big box stores. The price difference struck me as being far more cost effective over the long term given the professional installation, with the added benefit of more attractive and quality options readily available on site to consider. My new fence is here to stay. As for installation, the crew (Pat, Clay, and Nick) were professional, competent and courteous. They were attentive to my questions and concerns, and so easy to work with. And, back to Caitlyn and Melissa, who ensured every detail was covered with no surprises. I highly recommend Backyard Fence.

We recently had Backyard Fence install a 4’ aluminum fence in our yard. The experience was great from start to finish. Melissa and Caitlyn were very communicative and kept us apprised of the process and schedule, and when it came time for install, Dan, Nick, Jake, Pat and James did a great job. We had our fence installed 5 years ago and when we decided to put a pool in, there was only one choice to help us with the fence removal and changes. From scheduling a walkthrough of the changes to installation and a few panic calls about broken posts, I was always greeted professionally and friendly. Backyard Fence Inc is an amazing company to work with. They were extremely professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. We were very surprised that our very small fence project was treated with such attention from the initial quote right through to the installation. The installation team, 3 men headed by Nick, ran into a tougher project than they expected. They were here on a Friday afternoon and they stay late to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The work area was also left in great condition, cleaned up and leveled out. I replaced a shaker wood privacy fence with vinyl. Took time off work for visiting many fence companies. From the moment I met Caitlyn and Melissa, toured their awesome selection of styles, colors and felt their genuine support in assisting me I was sold. Their estimate was incredibly fair, the foreman and team were wonderful!The job was a challenge with clay backyard, neighbors discarding cement and other obstacles behind my current fence.Absolutely trustworthy group of guys....left my home open to them to take a break from the hot/humid weather or use the restroom and frig. Andrew even offered to walk my dog, Ellie, since the yard would be open! Their removal and clean up was meticulous.Highly recommend this company!!

In April, we ordered a vinyl fence from Backyard Fence. The entire process—from placing the order to installation—was smooth and efficient, with the fence installed within just a few weeks. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the overall service.Shortly after installation, we realized we needed one additional panel. After a quick conversation with Melissa, the extra section was promptly ordered and installed within 10 days.A few weeks later, at around 6:00 a.m., we were startled by a loud crash in our backyard. A large limb from one of our old trees had broken off and fallen directly onto the fence, damaging it. We were devastated. In addition to having the massive branch removed, we noticed that two vinyl slats had been pushed out of place.We contacted Backyard Fence and were advised that it might be possible to reinsert the slats ourselves using a helpful YouTube video. We gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. We called Melissa again to explain the situation. She was incredibly understanding and, without hesitation, arranged for a team to come out and complete the repair.We want to extend our sincere thanks to Melissa and the entire team at Backyard Fence—not only for providing us with a quality product but also for their outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire experience.

Just had my wooden fence removed and replaced with a vinyl fence. Clay, Jacob and X did a phenomenonal job. They showed up on time and were very professional. Top notch company to work with. Last year we received quotes from multiple fence companies and felt most comfortable with Backyard Fence. Unfortunately we had some things come up which caused us to not get around to getting the fence installed but this year we reached back out to Backyard Fence first for an updated quote and start the process again and they honored their quote from the prior year. You won't see that too often with businesses. We didn't even bother reaching back out to anyone other company and started the process with Backyard Fence and signed up for an install. Everyone was extremely professional, from Jerry coming out initially a couple of times to measure, make plan adjustments and answer questions, to Caitlyn and Melissa answering our questions through email and at the showroom about fencing. Their showroom is fantastic and they were able to show us different options. All questions were always answered in a timely professional manner and they clearly communicated the plan, timeline and expectations from both parties. On our scheduled date, the crew of 6 showed up on time and went to work right away. The main foreman met with me and did a walk through to confirm the layout, gate placement and property markers we had set by the surveyor. We answered each others questions and they were off and running. We left them alone to do their thing unless they needed anything from us and they installed around 340ft+ of Vinyl lattice fence in one day. They worked from sun up to sun down and knocked it out. We had one very minor (non issue) that I asked about after the install and Melissa and Jerry had their guys back over to our house in about 30 minutes from the time I contacted them and were able to easily correct it. Great company and great team. Highly recommend Backyard Fence to anyone looking to replace or install a new fence on their property.
