Highly recommend working with Backyard Fence.Had a 300’ vinyl fence installed over the course of 2 days. Backyard fence was quick to schedule the installation once the fence permit was approved by the town. Install went smoothly! Highly recommend visiting their store location to see all the different types and colors of fencing. They even let me take a couple small samples home to make sure we picked the best color fence for our home.

Backyard Fence is a fantastic company. Caitlyn and Melissa run a tight ship that keeps projects moving and clearly provides needed information/details for their customers. For my small project (install fencing on one side of small city lot with gate), I found their pricing to be competitive. I opted for Backyard Fence over DIY options with purchased materials from big box stores. The price difference struck me as being far more cost effective over the long term given the professional installation, with the added benefit of more attractive and quality options readily available on site to consider. My new fence is here to stay. As for installation, the crew (Pat, Clay, and Nick) were professional, competent and courteous. They were attentive to my questions and concerns, and so easy to work with. And, back to Caitlyn and Melissa, who ensured every detail was covered with no surprises. I highly recommend Backyard Fence.

We were very surprised that our very small fence project was treated with such attention from the initial quote right through to the installation. The installation team, 3 men headed by Nick, ran into a tougher project than they expected. They were here on a Friday afternoon and they stay late to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The work area was also left in great condition, cleaned up and leveled out. I replaced a shaker wood privacy fence with vinyl. Took time off work for visiting many fence companies. From the moment I met Caitlyn and Melissa, toured their awesome selection of styles, colors and felt their genuine support in assisting me I was sold. Their estimate was incredibly fair, the foreman and team were wonderful!The job was a challenge with clay backyard, neighbors discarding cement and other obstacles behind my current fence.Absolutely trustworthy group of guys....left my home open to them to take a break from the hot/humid weather or use the restroom and frig. Andrew even offered to walk my dog, Ellie, since the yard would be open! Their removal and clean up was meticulous.Highly recommend this company!!

In April, we ordered a vinyl fence from Backyard Fence. The entire process—from placing the order to installation—was smooth and efficient, with the fence installed within just a few weeks. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the overall service.Shortly after installation, we realized we needed one additional panel. After a quick conversation with Melissa, the extra section was promptly ordered and installed within 10 days.A few weeks later, at around 6:00 a.m., we were startled by a loud crash in our backyard. A large limb from one of our old trees had broken off and fallen directly onto the fence, damaging it. We were devastated. In addition to having the massive branch removed, we noticed that two vinyl slats had been pushed out of place.We contacted Backyard Fence and were advised that it might be possible to reinsert the slats ourselves using a helpful YouTube video. We gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. We called Melissa again to explain the situation. She was incredibly understanding and, without hesitation, arranged for a team to come out and complete the repair.We want to extend our sincere thanks to Melissa and the entire team at Backyard Fence—not only for providing us with a quality product but also for their outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire experience.

They gave me a quote for our chainlink fence that we installed ourselves. We showed up paid, had help loading in the truck, all the supplies were included and Melissa explained all of the accessories. Great quality product and really great group to work with
