In April, we ordered a vinyl fence from Backyard Fence. The entire process—from placing the order to installation—was smooth and efficient, with the fence installed within just a few weeks. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the overall service.Shortly after installation, we realized we needed one additional panel. After a quick conversation with Melissa, the extra section was promptly ordered and installed within 10 days.A few weeks later, at around 6:00 a.m., we were startled by a loud crash in our backyard. A large limb from one of our old trees had broken off and fallen directly onto the fence, damaging it. We were devastated. In addition to having the massive branch removed, we noticed that two vinyl slats had been pushed out of place.We contacted Backyard Fence and were advised that it might be possible to reinsert the slats ourselves using a helpful YouTube video. We gave it a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out. We called Melissa again to explain the situation. She was incredibly understanding and, without hesitation, arranged for a team to come out and complete the repair.We want to extend our sincere thanks to Melissa and the entire team at Backyard Fence—not only for providing us with a quality product but also for their outstanding customer service and support throughout the entire experience.

They gave me a quote for our chainlink fence that we installed ourselves. Just had my wooden fence removed and replaced with a vinyl fence. Clay, Jacob and X did a phenomenonal job. They showed up on time and were very professional. I'm extremely happy with their installation. Also Caitlyn, Melissa, Blaze and Jerry were very helpful with guiding me through the process and setting this job up for me. An all star team and worth every penny, I highly recommend this company if you're in need of fence work. 👌

Top notch company to work with. Last year we received quotes from multiple fence companies and felt most comfortable with Backyard Fence. Unfortunately we had some things come up which caused us to not get around to getting the fence installed but this year we reached back out to Backyard Fence first for an updated quote and start the process again and they honored their quote from the prior year. You won't see that too often with businesses. We didn't even bother reaching back out to anyone other company and started the process with Backyard Fence and signed up for an install. Everyone was extremely professional, from Jerry coming out initially a couple of times to measure, make plan adjustments and answer questions, to Caitlyn and Melissa answering our questions through email and at the showroom about fencing. Their showroom is fantastic and they were able to show us different options. All questions were always answered in a timely professional manner and they clearly communicated the plan, timeline and expectations from both parties. On our scheduled date, the crew of 6 showed up on time and went to work right away. The main foreman met with me and did a walk through to confirm the layout, gate placement and property markers we had set by the surveyor. We answered each others questions and they were off and running. We left them alone to do their thing unless they needed anything from us and they installed around 340ft+ of Vinyl lattice fence in one day. They worked from sun up to sun down and knocked it out. We had one very minor (non issue) that I asked about after the install and Melissa and Jerry had their guys back over to our house in about 30 minutes from the time I contacted them and were able to easily correct it. Great company and great team. Highly recommend Backyard Fence to anyone looking to replace or install a new fence on their property.

Pricing was comparable between the three but I went with Backyard Fence because they had good reviews and everyone I encountered there was very nice. They put up our fence in a timely manner . After a few weeks we had an issue with the lock . I notified them and and they came the NEXT day and leveled the fence and fixed the broken piece. I cant recommend them enough for your fence needs . We have used them twice and would definitely recommend them to all our friends. thank you backyard fence

My experience with Backyard Fence started during the pandemic. I called and unfortunately during that time supplies were scarce. I believe it was Melissa who apologized profusely. Fast forward to 2024 I totally forgot I had called them until I looked at my old notes and realized this is the company that had limited supplies. I called and Melissa was kind, accommodating and helpful. Once my paperwork was completed the job was scheduled. The young men who showed up on my property in the rain were professional and focused. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They also had another crew who came to help complete the job. My chain link fence looks great. Thank you for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I'm glad I didn't decide to go with another company. Waiting was worth it!

We had a great experience with this company. From Caitlyn and Melissa in the office, to Jerry coming on site for the estimate, to Andrew, Rich, and James doing the install.
