By the time I left the office, I felt ready to move forward with having Backyard Fence do the work. Melissa and the team kept in constant contract with me. We had a great experience with this company. From Caitlyn and Melissa in the office, to Jerry coming on site for the estimate, to Andrew, Rich, and James doing the install. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, timely, and courteous. The price was more than fair and they stuck very close to the estimated time lines. We worked with Melissa and Jerry at Backyard Fence when we were looking at installing a fence for our new dog. In the process of waiting for everything to come together, our dog passed away. Melissa returned our deposit quickly with a thoughtful card and gift for our family. Backyard Fence installed two sections of black aluminum with gates and two sections of black chain link. The staff in the office were very responsive and helpful and the install crew was on time and professional. We had an issue with one of the gate posts settling and wasn’t closing properly and they came back and fixed the problem promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Just had an aluminum fence installed. They are very responsive and informative throughout the process. The fence looks great and our neighbors like it too. There was a small hiccup with the install date having to be pushed a couple days but they informed me immediately and communicated well
